  • How do we book?

We have several booking platforms you could use. The first step is knowing the exact dates you want to travel to and from Windsor Hills Resort. Our availability calendar is kept up to date for you to view our availability, so once your arrival and departure dates are confirmed

After final payment is made we will email you a confirmation of your payment, directions to the Windsor Hills Resort, and a Resort Entrance email with the keypad code for the home.

  • Where is the property located?

Windsor Hills Disney Castle is located in Windsor Hills Resort, 2600 N.Old Lake Wilson Rd. Kissimmee, FL 34747

  • What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

12 persons total + infant or toddler in our provided hotel quality Crib.

  • How do we gain access to the 24 hr gated Resort & Home?

You will arrive at the main entrance and as our guests, all autos & its driver will need to be pre-registered into the resorts reservation management system called “Dwelling Live”. The security attendant will be expecting you.

The driver of each car must present a valid driver’s license to confirm ID.

After validating your reservation, the Security Officer will issue each car with a Smart key bar code . This card will allow you/family to enter/exit the resort when you present the bar code at the scanners at the Main Gate to Windsor Hills. Wristbands provided to all guests from the welcome center at the clubhouse will allow you access to the Clubhouse amenities, Community Pool,  Slides and to the children’s playgrounds.

Your homes 4 digit code will be provided at the “two weeks” before arrival date along with detailed resort information & directions prior to your visit. This means that all your party can gain entry for the duration of your stay without sharing keys. Do not share your code with anyone outside of your party for security reasons.

The villa itself is equipped with a “keyless” electronic door lock and a security alarm system. This will be the code used to lock/unlock the door and arm/disarm the security alarm system.This enables you to drive directly to the property and gain entry at any hour of the day without needing to obtain keys first.

  • How do other members of the family or visitors gain access to Windsor Hills Resort to join us?

1. Visitors are allowed but the Driver of the autos must be pre-regisered. Forward this info to the owners. A Maximum of 5 autos registered per address is allowed. Overflow parking in excess of 4 autos is located y the Condo buildings beside the tennis and sports courts 

  • Is smoking or pets allowed?

Sorry, NO smoking in the Villas and NO pets are allowed on the property.

  • Is the Villas Private Pool heated?

The optional pool heat can be supplied for an additional cost.

We would recommend Pool Heat from October through to May and the Spa Heat year round.

The pools heater is set to a maximum temperature of (84-86°F.).

We offer 2 different pool heating options, the choice is yours.

  1. “Pool & Spa” heat:
    • The heater is set between 84 and 86 degrees.
    • 10-12 hrs heating a day while the circulation pump is running.
    • $25/day or $150/week plus tax.
  2. “Spa Heat” only:
    • The heater is set between 102 and 104 degrees.
    • 10-12 hrs heating a day while the circulation pump is running.
    • $13/day or $90/week plus tax.

You must request Pool & Spa heating a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of arrival. If you decide during your stay, depending on air temp and the current water temperature, please allow several days for water to pre-heat. Because the pools heater uses Heat Pump technology, all temperatures subject to change if air temperature gets below 55 degrees.

  • What do I do if something breaks?

Let our management company know right away by phone. Our management company is based near Windsor Hills and may be currently nearby and will respond quickly should you have a maintenance problem during your stay.

To allow our villa to continue to meet your expectations, please be advised that any breakages, negligent damage will be charged for but not before speaking to you directly.

The Villa is professionally cleaned and then inspected after each guest departure.

  • What stores/restaurants/medical services are nearby?

A Brand new Wal-Mart Super center has opened a 1/2 mile away right outside the main entrance to the Resort. This couldn’t be more convenient for all your supplies and grocery items needed.

We are a short drive away from many fabulous eateries, only minutes away from many local amenities such as mini Golf. The Orlando area itself offers hundreds of shopping centers featuring every product imaginable. There are themed shopping areas as well as traditional malls.

In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192. There is a wealth of restaurants nearby on US 192 such as Cracker Barrel, Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Denny’s along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

For peace of mind there is a walk in medical center at the Formosa Shopping Center five minutes away.

  • Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all the linen and towel requirements you will need.Pillows, bed linen, bath and hand towels and pool towels are provided.

Prior to arrival, the villa is prepared with a few complimentary essential supplies, so you our guests don’t have to run out and shop the moment you arrive such as tissue paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap,sponge scrubbier and dishwasher tabs.

In each of our bathrooms, you will find a hairdryer.

  • What entertainment is provided?

Our air conditioned games room is fully equipped with an 8ft regulation pool table and air hockey table, as well as a good selection of books, games, and puzzles.

Wi-Fi High-speed Internet connection is available throughout the entire home, including pool area. Ethernet connection is available at the kitchen bar.

The Family rooms 70" 4K HDR Smart TV provides HD Cable and is ready for streaming such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

The outdoor Pool Lanai area has a 55" 4K HDR Smart TV for streaming.

All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV with HD Cable.

An extensive selection of videos, games, etc. are available to rent at the communal resort office located at the complex’s main gate.

A selection of inflatable toys, water masks for fun in the water are usually available and they are located at the poolside.

We also provide a Propane Gas Grill for you to use during your stay, free of charge.

  • Is the villa equipped for children - what do I need to bring with me if I have a small child?

Yes, the villa is fully equipped with a stairway gate for top or bottom of the stairs, deluxe pack-n-play, a hotel quality crib, highchair, booster seat, a quality stroller and often several economy strollers for your use. A car travel seat is not provided. We provide bedding for the baby’s crib. All items are of the highest standard, and as you would expect the luxurious bedding is spotlessly clean. With children of our own, we know how important it is to make them safe and secure.

The patio door is equipped with a Required by The State of Florida Pool Door Alarm for audible notification that the door has been opened. Also the pool is completely barricaded from the home with a safety fence upon arrival.
